Thanks to all the staff at Kirkwood's Kings Road Belfast. Our experience from start to day of funeral was caring professional and every request was fulfilled with such a caring attitude. Funerals are not an easy time but with their care and attention and support we got through it. Also after care was there for us which we really appreciated.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Kirkwoods, Kings Road . I lost both my parents within 6 months of each other and both their service's were at King's Road, we are so great to all the staff involved in arranging mum & dad's funerals, they were so professional, very caring and compassionate.
We would like to thank Pauline, Amanda and Johnny/jonathan, sorry if we've forgotten anyone, we appreciated each and every one of you.
Excellent care and very professional staff - Stephen, Raymond and others.
From start to finish Kirkwoods staff demonstrated empathy, sympathy with clear guidance and information.Pauline and
Chris, along with other staff were very professional and showed great kindness, understanding and care. Thank you everyone for making a difficult situation less so.
This was the third time their services have been used.Highly recommended
Thank you for highlighting a member of our team who has made a difference to your personal experience.
We spoke with Angela on the phone and had a horrendous experience. She was not sympathetic to my mum who had just lost her husband instead was very short and irritated with her and was adamant to make her point without considering how she came across. Even when I calmly explained that her tone was not very kind she did not offer any apology but continued in the same manner. We wanted nothing more to do with kirkwoods after this call and cancelled and went with a different funeral directors who were much more considerate
